Frequently asked questions

What formats can I type?

1:30 (h:mm), 1:30:15 (h:mm:ss), 2h 15m, 45m, 30s, 2.5h, or just a number of minutes like 90.

How do I calculate my work hours?

Use “Time between” with your start and end times. For a whole week, use “Add times” and enter each day's hours on a new line.

Does it work overnight?

Yes. If the end time is earlier than the start time, it assumes the end is on the next day (e.g. 22:00 to 06:00 = 8 hours).

What are decimal hours?

Hours as a decimal, used in payroll: 7 hours 30 minutes = 7.5 hours.

Can I subtract time?

Yes. Put a minus sign in front of any line, like -0:45 for a lunch break.
