Frequently asked questions
What size should a signature be for exam forms?
It varies by exam. Many banking and government forms ask for about 140 × 60 pixels and 10–20 KB. Always check the size given in your exam notification.
What does “Clean background” do?
It turns the paper pure white and makes the ink darker and sharper, so shadows and grey paper don't show up in your upload.
Why is my signature cut off?
Auto-crop looks for dark ink. If the photo has shadows or other marks, turn off auto-crop or retake the photo on clean paper with good light.
Can I keep blue ink?
Yes. Turn off “Black ink” to keep the original ink colour.
Is my signature uploaded anywhere?
No. Your signature is processed only in your browser and never leaves your device.
