How do WhatsApp reminders work?

For customers with a balance and a mobile number, tap WhatsApp reminder. It opens WhatsApp with a polite message showing the amount due.

Can I move my khata to another phone?

Yes. Download a backup on the old device and use Restore backup on the new one.

Can I open it in Excel?

Yes. Export to Excel (CSV) gives every entry with customer, date, amounts and notes.

What does 'You gave' mean?

Goods or money you gave on credit; the customer owes you. 'You got' is a payment received from the customer.
