Is the invoice generator free?

Yes. You can create unlimited quotations and invoices without signing up.

Where is my data saved?

In guest mode, everything is stored only in your browser on this device. Clearing browser data deletes it, so keep PDFs of important documents.

Does it support GST?

Yes. Add HSN/SAC codes and GST rates per item; it calculates CGST + SGST for the same state or IGST for another state, with amount in words.

Can I add my signature and a UPI QR?

Yes. Upload or draw a signature, add a stamp and your UPI ID; a QR for the balance amount prints on the invoice.

Can my team use it with a login?

Yes. Business accounts get a login with admin and staff roles, multiple companies, payments, reports and 2-step verification. There is no public sign-up; accounts are created by the HQ8T admin.
